03 Easter egg hunts for kids in London
Easter Egg Painting Class and Easter Egg Hunt at Bluebird
On Thursday 13 April Bluebird in Chelsea is hosting a kids Easter egg painting class in the Food Store. The class, which is £15 per child, starts at 4pm, and children can get creative and enjoy a drink and a cookie. On Sunday 16 April at 10am the annual Bluebird Easter egg hunt will take place in the popular courtyard, and children can hunt for chocolate eggs before perhaps going for a family brunch at Bluebird. Tickets for the Easter egg hunt are £10 per child.
Easter Egg Hunt at The Marylebone Hotel
In Marylebone, The Marylebone Hotel has a fun morning planned for families on Easter Sunday. The Easter egg-stravaganza will kick off at 8.30am in the morning. Families can enjoy an Easter Sunday brunch buffet from that time, and there will be an Easter egg hunt in the courtyard at 10am and 11am. Children’s Author Harriet Whitehorn, creator of the Super-Sleuth Violet Remy-Robinson and her escapades, will do a reading from her latest book at 10.15am, and children’s entertainer Mark Leeson will entertain the kids with balloon-modelling and games during the event. The Easter brunch, which will feature everything from pancakes and waffles to fresh fruit and avocado on toast, will finish at 12.30pm. Tickets are £25 per adult and £15 per child (up to 12 years).
Easter Egg Hunt at The Roof Gardens
The Roof Gardens in Kensington, which has had a popular Easter egg hunt in the past, has put it back on the calendar this year. Tickets for the Easter Egg Hunt at The Roof Gardens are now £10 per child and £15 per adult, and proceeds from each ticket will be donated to Starlight Children’s Foundation. There are two Easter egg hunts on Monday 17 April–one at 10am and one at 2pm, and in addition to the Easter egg hunt with the Easter bunny there will be crafts and face painting.
