Fortnum’s Children’s Easter Storytelling with the Elusive Lord Hoppington
From 4 to 6 April, London department store Fortnum & Mason is hosting children’s Easter storytelling events with the mysterious rabbit Lord Hoppington. The events, recommended for ages 3 to 11, will be taking place in the Boardroom on the fifth floor, where guests will be greeted by Lord Hoppington’s butler. Attendees will have the chance to fill their own magical chocolate egg with treats, and tickets to the events are £35 per child. There’s a maximum of two adults per child.
Fortnum’s Children’s Ceramic Bunny Painting
On Thursday 9 April, Fortnum & Mason is hosting a one-hour children’s Easter painting event where young artists can learn how to decorate a bunny-shaped money bank. The event, aimed at children aged 5 to 12, will take place in The Parlour on the first floor, and the pre-bookable tickets are £25 per child. There are two sessions, with one starting at 10am and the next starting at 11.30am.
Wild Life Drawing: Easter Animals at Fortnum’s
For an Easter activity for parents or families with older children, Fortnum’s has a two-hour Wild Life Drawing class on 11 April, where attendees will be able to interact with and draw guinea pigs, chicks and bunnies. No experience is necessary to attend, and tickets are £30 per person.
