3 half-term holiday camps to get kids outdoors

Playball Half-Term Holiday Camp
Multi-sports programme Playball has several London holiday camps scheduled for next week, and when I checked yesterday there were still some places available for a couple of the sessions at Oak Lodge School and in Battersea Park. Each Playball holiday camp starts at 10am in the morning and finishes at 1pm and the sessions are aimed at children aged 3 to 9. The price for one session is £30 per child.

First Hand Experiences Grow Make Eat Day Camps
I heard about First Hand Experiences from another Fulham mum, and I’ve been really impressed when reading about the programme they have on offer for children aged 4 to 16, which includes venturing outdoors and exploring nature. First Hand Experiences has day camps over half-term, focusing on planting and growing seeds and vegetables in the garden. The schedule for each day varies and is listed on the website, and children are split in small groups. The drop-off is from 8.30-9am and pick up is at 4.30pm. The day rate is £65 per child (£55 sibling).

Teddy Tennis Half-Term Holiday Camp
One of the very first holiday camps I took my daughter to was a Teddy Tennis camp, as they even have tennis practice for two-year-olds. There tend to be holiday camps in various London locations, including Wimbledon Park and Canbury Gardens in Kingston from Tuesday to Friday next week. There are sessions for 2-3 year olds from 9-9.45am and 3-5 year olds from 10am to noon.
