02 sales London parents need to know about
Merlin Annual Pass Big New Year Sale
I’ve promised to keep friends informed about sales on Merlin Annual Pass, and the Merlin Annual Pass Big New Year Sale is running until midnight on 13 February. A Merlin Annual Pass is ideal for families who plan to visit several Merlin attractions this year, as passholders can gain free entry to attractions like LEGOLAND Windsor, Thorpe Park, Chessington World of Adventures, Coca-Cola London Eye, SEA LIFE London Aquarium, Dreamworks Tours: Shrek’s Adventure and Warwick Castle. The family price for a standard pass is now £109 per person (normally £139 per person) and for a premium pass it is now £129 per person. Both passes include 12 months entry into Merlin attractions in the UK, but the standard pass comes with some date restrictions and exclusions, such as no entry into Central London attractions in August. Premium pass holders can also enjoy free parking and other perks not included in the standard package. There’s a calculator on the website, where buyers can calculate the potential savings on entry fees based on what attractions they plan on visiting this year.
Lapland UK 10 Year Anniversary Sale
The popular Christmas attraction Lapland UK in Ascot usually opens booking lines in autumn, but to celebrate their 10-year birthday they have now launched a 10-day booking window, starting yesterday. There’s a Magic Monday with tickets from £49 per person and the best price for weekend tickets is £65 per person. Lapland UK advertises with savings up to 20% by booking now. The attraction will be open from 18 November and 24 December 2017, and ticket dates can be changed 7 days before subject to availability.
