Workshop with children’s author Lizzy Stewart at Nomad Bookshop
On Saturday 22 June at 2.30pm, Nomad Bookshop on Fulham Road is celebrating Independent Bookshop Week with a storytime and workshop with author and illustrator Lizzy Stewart, who wrote the award-winning picture book There’s a Tiger in the Garden and now has a new title out: The Way to Treasure Island. The workshop is recommended for children aged 5+, and all ages can join the storytime.

Indian Summer 15th birthday celebrations
On Saturday 29 June, the cute shop Indian Summer on Fulham Road is celebrating its 15th anniversary with a day of cupcakes, bubbles, face painting, festival glitter painting and special promotions. The shop, which is easy to spot with its pink exterior, sells a mix of clothes, accessories, cards and toys, and brands include Sunnylife, Maileg and Rice.

Parsons Green Fair
On Saturday 6 July, Parsons Green Fair returns to Fulham with performances, stalls and family attractions. Local dance, drama and music clubs–as well as a magician–will take to the stage, and families can also enjoy a petting zoo, balloon modelling, a Chelsea Football Club challenge and more. The one-day event is organised by local community charity Fulham Good Neighbours.
