0Baby’s favourite London doctors
I’ve never been more concerned about leaving the city for two days than I was on Monday night. We were only driving two hours out of the city, but it still made me anxious.
I was worried about being two hours away from Baby Girl’s favourite paediatrician Dr Kingi Aminu. Two hours away from her GP Dr David Smart at The Westover. Two hours away from the paediatrics A&E at Chelsea and Westminster in the event of an emergency. In fact, I even worried about being outside the Doctor Call zone.
Baby Girl’s network of healthcare professionals make me feel very secure in London. We know who to contact and where to go. Healthcare in London is almost too good. It’s making it difficult to leave the city.
On Tuesday morning it was so difficult to leave that we had to stop after driving for ten minutes. Baby Girl and I jumped out of the car at The Westover to be seen for a cold, a cough and two infected eyes. What better way to start a relaxing Easter break.
