Baby’s first Easter
I’d never heard of a bonnet parade before this week, but I feel like an expert now. I’ve found two in two days. Celebrating Easter with Baby Girl is super exciting. I even have a reason to go to an Easter egg hunt again.
I can’t wait for today’s big event. It’s just a shame seven-month old Baby Girl can’t crawl yet. I really hope that won’t affect her performance in the hunt. Daddy T and I are both quite competitive and we’re counting on our little one to find those eggs today.
She’s had a good start to her first Easter. She met the Easter bunny at Peter Jones yesterday and he gave her a chocolate Easter egg, which I had no problem finishing for her.
She also made her first Easter decoration yesterday. We’re now the proud owners of a Styrofoam egg decorated with red and purple ink, some glitter and pink and yellow feathers. I’m not sure what I’ve done over Easter before. This is clearly what Easter is meant to be like.

Hahaha “which I had no problem finishing for her” now I feel better about “helping” my little ones with their chocolate eggs they got from their grandmas for Easter 😉
