Baby’s return from holiday
Baby Girl and I are exactly the same. We don’t like holidays to end. Whereas Daddy T always appreciates getting home to his own bed, Baby Girl and I were perfectly happy with the bed at La Playa Beach & Golf Resort in Naples, Florida. That’s why we had an awful day on Tuesday.
Or at least that’s why I think Baby Girl was upset. I was worried something was seriously wrong with her when we got back home. It was difficult to settle her at first, but when I did, she seemed so sleepy it was hard to wake her up for her evening bath.
I kept checking her temperature and monitoring her breathing. Daddy T had gone straight on a business trip, and I was concerned I would have to bring Baby Girl to A&E.
If I had, they would probably have made fun of me though. She was not ill at all. She was just upset her first holiday was over. And maybe a tiny bit jet lagged.
