0Best baby shops in Cannes
I’ve found a new place for breastfeeding–Bonpoint in Cannes. I’ve tried to avoid breastfeeding in public recently, as Baby Girl is ten months old and quite big now, but I had a good excuse for being out at feed-time yesterday. Baby Girl and I were in Cannes while Daddy T was back in London working, and we were obviously overdue for a day of baby clothes shopping.
Yesterday was the first day of the summer sale at Jacadi and many other shops in Cannes, and Baby Girl and I could clearly not afford to miss out. We turned up in Rue d’Antibes in the morning, ready to hit our favourite baby shops in Cannes, which are Tartine et Chocolat, Jacadi and Bonpoint for clothes, Petit Bateau for basics, and Natalys for baby equipment and some toys.
We came well-prepared with a lamb roast and a fruit smoothie from Ella’s, which we’d broight from London, and Baby Girl had lunch on the go in her buggy.
Later, we had a drink in the Bonpoint shop. We sat in the comfy sofa in the middle of the beautiful shop, taking a well-deserved break. Baby Girl had her milk, and I had a cold bottle of Evian, which one of the shop assistants came over with as soon as she noticed I was breastfeeding. A great finish to our first mother-daughter city break.
