Best child-friendly iPad cover

iGuyLast year, I was constantly asked if I’d forgotten to remove the protective seal on my new iPad screen. But it was only Daddy T who had prepared our iPad for life with a newborn by buying a screen protector and not really succeeding with installing it.

We haven’t had much use for it though, and we soon realised there was another iPad accessory we needed more. It’s the iGuy.

Baby Girl now has an orange iGuy iPad cover, which makes it easy to place the iPad in front of her to Skype with grandparents.

Speck’s iGuy, which we bought from Amazon, is designed to be easy to hold for children and make the iPad stand at an appropriate angle. Baby Girl’s very first gadget.

I like it! And our little ones are used to skyping with all the family, too – we live countries away from our beloved ones and it gets tough sometimes!

We could not possibly love our iGuy more! My only reservation is that we need to take the ipad out of the case to charge it because there isn’t quite enough room to squeeze the cord on either side to unplug it. My child has thrown, tossed and even landed on his ipad with no damage to the tablet whatsoever. I could not recommend it more!

Great to hear you love iGuy too. I think the design is very cute, and it’s excellent to know that it provides good protection for the iPad too. I’m sure we’ll need it!
