0Best Christmas presents for toddler
When I gave Baby Girl a pancake to eat the other week, she went straight over to her doll Emma to feed it to Emma. I was slightly confused. Emma usually has pretend food. Not the real thing.
I probably shouldn’t have been too surprised though. Emma happens to be a regular pancake-eater, so Baby Girl must have associated the word ‘pancake’ with something it was best to feed Emma.
Fifteen-month old Baby Girl loves playing with the pretend food pancake set by Hape Toys – and I think Emma loves it too. Emma is eating a lot of pancakes with strawberries and maple syrup. In fact, Emma’s not eating much else than pancakes.
This makes it pretty easy to buy presents for Baby Girl this Christmas. I’m pretty sure she and Emma would both be thrilled to receive some new pretend food, pots and pans and a toy kitchen, where she can cook up some new dishes for Emma.
Easy year for Santa.
