0Best London museums for babies and toddlers (Part 2)
Natural History Museum
The animated T.rex dinosaur in the dinosaur gallery at Natural History Museum was a huge hit with Baby Girl when we visited last week. In fact, she didn’t want to leave, and if it had been up to her I’m sure we would have stood there watching the dinosaur roar for close to an hour. But I hadn’t allocated enough time for our visit to this very large museum, and we had to move on to see a few of the other exhibits too. There are large animals on display, such as a life-size blue whale, which is also fun to see for little ones. In addition to the large variety of animals, there’s an earthquake room with a supermarket earthquake machine, which I think will be great when she’s older. After all, it’s good to have something to come back for after we’ve visited the dinosaur enough times! Entry to the museum is free.
