Best places to shop for baby equipment

Baby BlocksI didn’t always love being pregnant. I found it quite stressful at times. But the great thing about being pregnant was that I had the best ever way to de-stress. All I needed was a computer amd Wifi, a shopping catalogue or a showroom.

I loved shopping for baby equipment. In fact, I even loved reading about baby equipment. I still managed to wait with buying anything until after I had the 20-week scan though.

Our first stop was Babylist. It really helped having the appointment at Baby List, and many of the items we ordered from Babylist were from brands I would never have come across by going to a department store.

We didn’t get anything from John Lewis although I know many mums like their nursery departments. My favourite department store for baby shopping is Harrods, which is particularly good for nursery furniture and buggies on the 10% discount days.

Online my favourite for basic equipment is Amazon, but when I was preparing for our new arrival I liked the 365-day return policy at Kiddicare, which now also offers free next-day delivery on orders over £29.99.

I found the best place to buy everything for my baby was on eBay’s Baby Shop. They sell everything you need from clothes to prams to furniture for their nurseries to all the accessories you need on a day to day basis. They prices were good value too which is always a bonus!

It’s really good to know that we can buy baby stuff online. It is, indeed, quite stressful to walk around looking baby stuffs in malls. Your list of online stores are very helpful.
