1Review: Blade & Rose for fun and festive leggings
When I was sending Baby Boy’s Christmas wish list to relatives the other day I found myself writing that he likes shirts. The reason he likes his shirts is that he’s discovered a style that works for him. Shirts paired with leggings.
With six-month-old Baby Boy being quite large at this point, I sometimes struggle with baby clothes with poppers in between the legs, as I can’t close the poppers on onesies, for example, although the clothes are the right size length-wise.
Leggings work brilliantly though, and the Blade & Rose leggings have long been favourites of mine, so I was thrilled to receive some to review. I think the Blade & Rose leggings, known for fun designs on bottoms, are ideal for little ones. They are soft and good quality leggings, and the collection includes a number of unisex festive designs.
Baby Boy is loving the red and white snowman leggings (£10), and paired with a shirt and festive jumper it becomes a sweet and smart Christmassy outfit. There’s also a Christmas pudding design, which most definitely has the cute-factor, and is bound to get baby noticed through the Christmas season.
For a more all-year pair of leggings, I like the grey and blue star leggings (£10) Baby Boy received, as these look brilliant with a pale blue shirt, and a star print dribble bib from Blade & Rose.
With these leggings, Baby Boy can be comfortable when playing on his mat and being out and about.
A fun, relaxed and adorable look for little ones!
Baby Boy wears Blade & Rose leggings in size 1-2 years, as he is very big for his age, and these are a good fit for him. The leggings go up to size 3-4 years. The collection also includes hats, socks, dribble bibs and tops designed to go with the different styles of leggings, and I think the new rabbit top with a big bow stands out as a particularly cute top for baby girls.
