0Buying baby clothes in Tunbridge Wells
While some parents-to-be head to Harrods or Peter Jones when preparing for a new arrival, others jump on a train to Tunbridge Wells and visit the historic Pantiles. And the Sue Hill shop, which celebrated its two-year anniversary yesterday (see the blog I write here), is the big attraction.
Some London friends of mine went on an excursion to the Sue Hill shop in Tunbridge Wells in June. This was before I started working with Sue Hill and they were expecting a little one and needed some basics, such as cardigans and hats.
When I heard about my friends’ experience, I was gutted I hadn’t done the same when I was pregnant. It sounded like the perfect day trip out of London, and the friendly service in the Sue Hill shop is ideal for first-time parents looking for a few special pieces for their little one.
I guess it was fine with Baby Girl to wait though. She probably enjoyed joining me on our girly trip to Tunbridge Wells in August, as she had a chance to practise her crawling in the shop and check out a little train in Sue Hill’s play corner.
