Celebrating International Play-Doh Day with Play-Doh Cupcake Celebration

Play-Doh Cupcake Celebration“When he gets bigger he can play with this, and do this here, and this here and this here and this here and this here”

Three-year-old Baby Girl went on and on, explaining how three-month-old Baby Boy could play with her new Play-Doh Cupcake Celebration (£14.99) set when he was big like her. He was sitting at the other side of the table, watching how she scooped up Play-Doh and filled the cupcake shapes on the fun Ferris wheel in the set, and made sprinklers on top. She had received the set to review to celebrate International Play-Doh Day today, which she soon decided she wouldn’t mind celebrating every day.

I’m not sure I would mind either. I love that Play-Doh is something that tends to keep her entertained for longer than many other toys, and for her, Play-Doh must be brilliant for practising to concentrate on one task. Yesterday she was playing with the cupcake set for 40 minutes before dinner time, and I then had to stop her.

The set, which includes 5 Play-Doh cans, is super fun for young Play-Doh fans, and features a very large number of moulds around the Ferris wheel and on the stand, as well as a frosting squirter, a special circus tent mould, roller, fork and more. I received a Play-Doh fish as a present yesterday, which she’d made using one of the moulds, and I was also served a plate of little Play-Doh cookies she prepared.

Exactly what you want for a true International Play-Doh Day celebration!
