0Chelsea mums launch stylish slipper socks Ace&Me
When my Swedish friend Anna Eberstein came over on Saturday with a birthday present for Baby Girl, I was so impressed with the content. The present included a pair of slipper socks from her very own label Ace&Me, and they were truly adorable.
I had been dying to see Anna’s new eco-friendly products after hearing a lot about them in the last year, and I’m super impressed with what she and her cousin Pia Tamm Hagno have come up with.
The two Chelsea mums, who have the high-end slipper socks produced in Sweden and now sell them via their own online shop, have launched a collection with six different designs, including cute girly ballerina slipper socks with a satin bow and fashionable skull-print slipper socks in darker colours. The aim has been to “bring a more edgy style to the traditional Swedish slipper sock” to the UK market.
Baby Girl liked her Ace&Me ballerina slipper socks so much she didn’t only want to wear them inside on our cold stone floors, but also figured they would be good outside, and threw a tantrum when she was told to take them off before going out on her scooter.
They look very comfortable to wear, and I think slipper socks are ideal for wearing inside at nursery, family clubs and indoor play areas, and at home during the colder months. The non-slip micro fibre soles are brilliant for active toddlers, and I also love that the slipper socks are machine-washable.
Ace&Me slipper socks (£29.80), which are knitted and hand-stitched in Sweden, are avaialbe in sizes 16-17 to 26-27
