Plan the ultimate kids birthday party with Crate a Party bespoke party packages

Crate a Party Winnie the Pooh PartyToday it’s 10 days since Baby Boy celebrated his first birthday, but based on the look of our living room it seems like it could have been yesterday. Kids birthday party company Crate a Party helped customise decorations for Baby Boy’s birthday, and it’s proved very hard to take down the adorable, bespoke birthday banners included in the pack.

When we started planning the party I emailed Crate a Party details about the party theme, and Lottie from Crate a Party then came up with ideas for tableware, decorations, banners, party bags and more. The result was a complete Winnie the Pooh birthday party with sweet details that I couldn’t have done without help.

We had a cracking birthday party table, bespoke banners, personalised cake pops and little extras, such as stickers to close the party bags, which matched the banners.

Crate a Party Winnie the Pooh First Birthday

I like Crate a Party because I like Lottie’s taste and she doesn’t only know her partyware, but is also great at picking things that work together. The blue in the paper straws matched details on the Winnie the Pooh plates, and the table cloth in blue was a good contrast to the other yellow details. She also makes bespoke party items, which don’t come across as homemade, but unique and chic.

Party bags YellowCrate a Party delivers the bits and bobs that transform an otherwise boring party venue or living room into a colourful and exciting space for a kids birthday. I think it’s a brilliant service for mums with limited time to pick out everything from paper table cloths to thank you cards.

The company offers themed party packs through Parentville now, but it’s also possible to get a bespoke service. Last time I tested Crate a Party, the items came in a crate, which was later collected, but the packs are now sent out in boxes, which seem more practical.

The only thing I’ve suggested for next time is a couple of brief instructions for table set ups, as I didn’t put the napkins where they should have been. But despite not making the most of the Winnie the Pooh napkins, Baby Boy had a very instagrammable and stylish party table.

Looking up at the cute birthday banners now reminds me of the lovely time we had celebrating Baby Boy’s special day!

Crate a Party crates can include plastic cutlery, paper plates, paper cups, paper straws, confetti, tablecloths, balloons, cardboard cut-outs, table decorations, ceiling decorations, party bags and more. We received a discount on the pack to review
