Courtyard Easter egg hunt and egg painting class at Bluebird in Chelsea
Bluebird restaurant and cafe in Chelsea is running an Easter egg hunt on Sunday 5 April at noon. Children can search for hidden chocolate eggs in the courtyard, and tickets for the event are £10 per child. Bluebird is also hosting a fun Easter egg painting class earlier in the week, with children being invited to The Food Store to make Easter decorations at 4pm on Thursday 2 April. Tickets for this event are £15 per child, which also includes a drink and a cookie, and both events can be booked via email.
Easter egg hunt at The Roof Gardens
The Roof Gardens (see picture above) in Kensington had a fantastic Easter Egg hunt event last year with chocolate eggs hidden around one of the beautiful gardens and the Easter bunny greeting the children. This year, The Roof Gardens Easter egg hunt is organised in partnership with Choccywoccydoodah and it will take place at 11.45am on Sunday 5 April. The bar will be serving tea and coffee from 11am, and there was a queue outside last year before opening, so it seemed to be worth coming early to get the lift up in time for the start. There will also be an opportunity to win a giant egg created by Choccywoccydoodah this year.
Easter egg hunt and activities at Battersea Park Children’s Zoo
In Battersea Park Children’s Zoo, which I’m a brand ambassador for, children can search for large painted Easter eggs around the zoo. To take part in the quiz, there’s a £1 fee and little ones receive a prize at the end. Throughout the week there are also other Easter-themed activities, such as the opportunity to make an Easter bunny card in the zoo on Tuesday 31 March and an Easter bunny day on Friday 3 April.
Easter egg hunt in the Bamford shop in Chelsea
If you’re shopping for stylish loungewear or bath and body products this Easter, the relaxing Bamford shop in Draycott Avenue in Chelsea is the place to go with children in tow this Easter. There will be special chocolate eggs to hunt for around the shop to entertain children on Friday 3 April, Saturday 4 April and Monday 6 April.
Easter egg hunts at Jubilee Market in Covent Garden
On Friday 3 April and Sunday 5 April, the Easter bunny will be at Jubilee Market in Covent Garden, and children can hunt for chocolate eggs on the market stalls. When they find an egg at a stall they can go to the Easter bunny to swap it for a chocolate one. The event is for under 14s only, and there’s one egg per child. There will also be a golden egg to search for, and there will be a big prize for the lucky hunter who finds it.
