0Family Easter Egg Hunt returns to The Roof Gardens
When we last went to the Easter Egg Hunt at The Roof Gardens in Kensington I remember hearing some dads waiting outside joking about how much they would pay to gain entry. I’m not surprised they were upset about arriving too late to get in, as the free Easter Egg Hunts were fantastic both years we went and I was disappointed last year when it wasn’t on the agenda.
This year the family event is back on as a ticketed event, which I think makes sense because queues to get in two years ago were massive and disappointment can be difficult when bringing kids.
Even though the event was mega popular when we went and it was packed inside before the doors were opened, we left feeling super excited about all the chocolate Easter eggs Big Girl found and the fact that she’d had a chance to meet the Easter bunny in person.
Tickets for the Easter Egg Hunt at The Roof Gardens this year are now £10 per child and £15 per adult, and proceeds from each ticket will be donated to Starlight Children’s Foundation. There are two Easter Egg Hunts on Monday 17 April at 10am and 2pm, and in addition to an Easter egg hunt with the Easter bunny there will be crafts and face painting.
I’m gutted we’re not going to be in London at the time of the event, as this is one I would have really wanted to book tickets for!
