0Finding the best cupboard locks
It’s best to avoid doing laundry now. In fact, it’s best to avoid the kitchen completely. It’s so hard to get into the cupboards and drawers.
I have to use real strength to open and close some of the cupboard locks we’ve installed as part of our babyproofing. Nothing is easy anymore. It’s either really hard work to get into the cupboards, or extra hassle of first finding the magnetic key to open them.
The problem is that we didn’t find one lock type that could be used to secure all our cupboards and drawers. Some of the locks we bought didn’t fit at all. There wasn’t enough space in between the cutlery trays and the top of the drawers.
But if we could have had the same locks everywhere, I would have stuck to my favourite locks, the Baby Dan self-adhesive magnetic locks.
Instead, it’s a bit of a mystery how we get into the different cupboards. I’m clearly taking a step towards a more interesting life.
