0Finding the best Group 1 car seat
I’ve read news articles. I’ve signed up for Which? I’ve looked up product tests. I’ve read reviews. Finding a new car seat for Baby Girl has been a two-week project so far. A stressful project.
Our eight-month old hasn’t grown out of her Group O Maxi-Cosi Pebble car seat yet, but I’m planning on taking it to France for the summer and start using a Group 1 car seat in London soon.
I was initially planning on buying Maxi-Cosi Pearl, which fits the same Isofix base as Maxi-Cosi Pebble, but after doing more research, I decided we wanted to go with a rearward-facing seat instead.
But it’s so hard to know which one is best, and some can be difficult to find in the UK. In the end, I had to force Daddy T to have an opinion on the topic as well.
I made him watch a marketing video for BeSafe iZi Kid X3 ISOfix, and I think I saw him nod. At least that’s the one we’re going for. Winstanleys Pramworld and their 10% discount on car seats with discount code CARSEAT10 helped close the deal.
