0Gearing up for half-term with Sing
When a friend asked Big Girl what her favourite movie was on Sunday, I was not surprised to hear the answer.
Sing.
Sing is the adorable animated comedy about animals trying to make it in the music industry and participating in a singing competition launched by a koala named Buster Moon in a bid to save his theatre.
With charming and fun characters, catchy songs, and plenty of humour, neither Daddy T nor I wanted to miss a minute of the film when Big Girl sat down to watch the review copy we’d received over the weekend.
Sing, featuring the voices of stars like Reese Witherspoon, Scarlett Johansson and Matthew McConaughey, became available on Digital Download, Blu-ray™ and DVD on 22 May, courtesy of Universal Pictures (UK), and I can see it being an ideal family comedy to watch at home over half-term.
Four-year-old Big Girl could watch it from start to finish, and when I pack her travel rucksack for half-term I’ll be sure to include a Sing activity sheet (see below).
A happy and fun family film!
