Getting baby ready to go out
I’ve always known that I would probably become one of those parents with relatively high expectations. But yesterday I might have taken it a bit too far.
I got Baby Girl dressed and ready to go out. Picked her up and carried her back into the living room. That’s when I started feeling my clothes getting all vet.
It turned out it wasn’t just her growing out of her nappy size. She wasn’t actually wearing a nappy at all.
As a sleep-deprived new mum, it’s easy to make a few mistakes, but I’m a quick learner. I’m definitely not forgetting a nappy again. I think I need to make it a bit easier for myself to leave the house on time.
