Getting ready for Mother’s Day 2014
It’s only my second Mother’s Day, but I’m getting very excited about it.
In preparation for Mother’s Day on Sunday 30 March, I’ve already checked out the presents and tasted the chocolates. All in the name of work.
On Monday, I updated my client Olly M Jewellery’s blog with a fun Mother’s Day quiz. I got very excited about picking out beautiful handcrafted bracelets and necklaces that I think make fantastic presents for Mother’s Day!
On Tuesday, I worked very hard tasting Godiva chocolates I had received as samples to try for Mother’s Day. The pink heart-shaped Godiva chocolate gift box (see photo above) is ideal for Mother’s Day. I’m a chocolate fan, and the six chocolates in the box were all delicious!
Now I’m counting on Daddy T and Baby Girl to take the hint. Mother’s Day is clearly a very big occasion and I really wouldn’t mind receiving a little treat–perhaps something like jewellery, chocolates and flowers? Just a thought!
