0See toys come to life in the Hamleys Christmas Toy Parade
I don’t think it’s often shopping in central London is something I would consider a kids outing, but on Sunday it will be the place to be for mini Londoners who want to see their favourite toys in action. The biggest ever London toy parade is taking place on Sunday 20 November on Regent Street.
This year’s Hamleys Christmas Toy Parade event kicks off at 10.30am on Sunday, featuring a line-up sure to excite both boys and girls of different age.
Families can look out for Barbie and her pink Cadillac, Bing & Flop, Fireman Sam and his fire truck, Peppa Pig, TY’s Coconut, Slick and Waddles, Power Rangers, The Gruffalo, Sonic the Hedgehog, Shopkins, Sylvanian Families, Leapfrog’s Scout, NERF, The Transformers, Lego Ninjago’s Kai, the My Little Pony Bus, Doh-doh from Pay-Doh, Bob the Builder, Paddington Bear, Bearamy from Build-A-Bear Workshop, Danger Mouse and his flying car, Noddy, Ghostbusters and the Ecto-1 car, Care Bears, Marshmallow Man, Hey Duggee, The Teletubbies, Go Jetters, Something Special, Elmo and Phoebe from Furchester Hotel, Igglepiggle and Upsy Daisy, Clangers, Kate and Mim-Mim, Tree Fu Tom, Rosie and Raggles from Everything’s Rosie, Q Pootle 5, Postman Pat, Zingzillas, Captain Barnacles, Twirlywoos, Father Christmas, the Hamleys Elves, and the Hamley and Hattie bear.
The event starts from the entrance to Air Street, and the parade will work its way up Regent Street and finish at Great Marlborough Street. The street will be closed when numbers reach capacity, and Hamleys recommends early arrival to avoid disappointment.
