Harrods to launch new toy department in May
Harrods will be launching a brand new toy department in mid-May, bringing a new luxurious and spacious toy section to customers.
The new Harrods Toys, which will be on the fourth floor of the Knightsbridge department store, has been designed by award-winning Farshid Moussavi Architecture and will be split into eight mood-enhancing sections.
The sections are designed to be adult-friendly and capture the imagination of customers, and the feel of the new Harrods Toys is set to be modern and fun. Parents will also like that the new department is set to be easy to navigate using a technicolour ‘down the rabbit hole’ vision to make it easier to keep children in sight.
Young visitors can expect regular weekend events, a pop-up area for daily toy demonstrations and a new fancy dress fitting room.
