0Introducing a one-year old to cake
Earlier this month I almost gave up on feeding Baby Girl with a spoon. It started being almost impossible, and she only seemed to want finger foods. But on Saturday, I realised it can’t be the spoon that’s the issue. It’s what’s on it.
It turns out that if there’s cake on the spoon, one-year old Baby Girl is absolutely fine being spoon-fed. She loved her Minnie Mouse cake, and had chocolate all over her dress and face after indulging in her birthday cake.
My cake-eating little star has now tested both Peggy Porschen Chocolate Heaven cupcakes and a chocolate-flavoured Minnie cake by Kicca Cakes, and both are acceptable to eat with a spoon. Well done, Baby Girl.
