Logging air miles with baby

Flight LogbookI’m not sure if it is Baby Girl or me who is the most excited about the latest addition to our travel wallet. But we have different intensions for the new booklet. Baby Girl is excited about eating it, and I’m excited about filling the pages.

The good thing is that she is the proud owner of two British Airways Flight Logbooks. She ended up getting an extra one to chew on since she was so enthusiastic about the Logbook when a stewardess gave it to her on our flight the other week.

I was also very enthusiastic about it. It made me feel like a child again. I love the idea of collecting flight details and signatures in a book. On the flight we were on, the captain signed Baby Girl’s book and logged her air miles.

I just wish we’d had it in October when she did her first flight. The little book is super cute. Baby Girl’s name and photo can go on the first page, and there are special pages to fill in when she’s logged 10,000, 25,000, 50,000 and 100,000 air miles.

I practically feel we have to book some more long-haul flights to give Baby Girl a good starting point for reaching these very important milestones in her life.
