Mamas and Papas opens on Northcote Road
When I was pregnant with Big Girl I worked in Soho and could easily stop by the baby equipment section in Mamas and Papas on Regent Street on the way home. The shop has since closed, but I remember how much I enjoyed popping by to talk all things baby.
That’s why I’m now excited to see the clothing, baby equipment and nursery furniture retailer arriving in South West London, with a new boutique on Northcote Road in Battersea opening yesterday.
The Mamas & Papas Northcote Road boutique is part showroom, part community space, featuring an edited range of Mamas & Papas’ most popular products and a downstairs studio where there will be weekly pre- and post-natal yoga classes, nutritional advice and workshops. The in-store fitness classes, run in collaboration with Frame, will start from September.
