Old Royal Naval College starts weekly online draw-alongs with Nick Ellwood

Last year I went to review The Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich and wrote about the free packs with search-and-find and dot-to-dot activity pages for children visiting the awe-inspiring Painted Hall, dubbed ‘Britain’s Sistine Chapel’. The pack was among the best free museum resources we’ve seen for children, and the illustrator working on the children’s and family trail for the Painted Hall has now teamed up with The Old Royal Naval College again–but this time to keep children entertained at home during lockdown.

Illustrator Nick Ellwood, who also had a spring exhibition at the Old Royal Naval College, is now releasing weekly Learn to Draw videos for budding artists. In addition, he’s created colouring in sheets and dot-to-dot sheets.

The videos and activity sheets are available to watch and download from the Old Royal Naval College website: https://ornc.org/learn-to-draw-with-nick-ellwood/.
