5 potential reasons my back is struggling to keep up with my lifestyle

1. I keep being advised to adopt a routine for using a roller, but every time I have a go there’s a one year old thinking I’m in the perfect position for a body slam

2. I’m sleeping sideways in a downward slope because of someone else in the house having adopted a routine of climbing into the bed and causing the mattress to sink in the middle
3. At times I’m carrying a four year old, a one year old, a scooter, a helmet and a school bag at the same time as I’m pushing a buggy with one foot
4. The best way to get Big Girl to go to bed is to pretend to be a kangaroo mum and carry her in front of me while jumping up four flights of stairs
5. I’ve been a member of Harbour Club for several years, but can’t remember the last time I made it onto the gym floor. Must remember to go soon!
