Review: BabyBjorn Miracle for making life easy with baby in London

‘I’ve missed you, horsie!’

Baby Girl was talking to her scooter on Thursday. She was so happy I’d brought the scooter to pick her up from nursery, making me feel super guilty for having had her go on the buggy board most days after Baby Boy was born.

On Thursday I’d brought Baby Boy in the BabyBjorn baby carrier instead, which means I can have two hands free, and I had to promise that he’ll come in the baby carrier every day for either pick up or collection going forward. ‘Horsie’ is not to be forgotten.

Our new arrangement shouldn’t be a problem though. The BabyBjorn Miracle baby carrier, which we’ve received to review, is easy to clip on and off, and I find it less fiddly than other baby carriers I’ve tried. I’ve realised that I don’t need a carrier with the back-carrying position for my lifestyle, and the Miracle, which can be used with baby facing inwards or outwards, is ideal for me.

For a city lifestyle and for holidaying, I love the outward-facing position, which I can’t wait to start using when Baby Boy has reached the recommended minimum age of five months. I’ll then start having our curious baby in the carrier during awake time too, allowing him to explore the world from the safety of his baby carrier.

I remember loving this feature when we were holidaying with Baby Girl when she was a baby, and after following a friend, who went on a holiday with a six-month old for more than a month, on Instagram and seeing her holiday photos, it’s reminded me of how practical it is to travel with an outward-facing baby carrier.

I think BabyBjorn Miracle is the ultimate baby carrier for parents looking for a baby carrier that is super easy to use and practical for holidaying and exploring London – and for picking up a scooter-loving older sibling from nursery.
