0Review: Bébé au Lait breastfeeding cover for a flexible city lifestyle
I’m not sure what I was thinking last time I had a baby. I bought a large number of nursing tops and I didn’t think I needed a breastfeeding cover.
This time one of the baby items I feel most dependent on is the Bébé au Lait premium muslin breastfeeding cover (RRP £35) I’ve received to review. It’s become one of the things I never leave the house without.
I really don’t know why I didn’t get one last time, but I don’t think I had seen the wide range of beautiful breastfeeding covers available and realised the full benefits.
Now I feel the Bébé au Lait breastfeeding cover makes it easier for me to get dressed in the morning. I can wear more of my normal summer clothes, and I don’t always wear nursing tops now. I breastfeed from underneath a floaty top, which was one of the tips I picked up from Natasha at the Natasha Coote styling session I had last week, and cover myself with the breastfeeding cover instead.
Since Baby Boy is my second child, I also think I find myself in more situations this time where I like covering up more. In Baby Boy’s first three weeks of life he’d already been to two events with Baby Girl’s nursery, and I was breastfeeding both times but felt I had privacy due to the Bébé au Lait cover.
The muslin cover, which is lightweight, quick-drying and perfect for summer, has the Bébé au Lait patented open neckline, allowing me to see that baby has latched on correctly and bond with him. A brilliant breastfeeding product that gives me more flexibility and confidence to breastfeed out and about!
