Review: Gorgeous Le Mu dresses for little princess fans

Le Mu Fancy Floral Dress‘You are not my friend anymore, Daddy!’

Three-year-old Baby Girl was not happy at bedtime on Monday. She was wearing her new Le Mu floral dress, which she had received to review, and she refused to take it off. She had played that she was getting married, looking as dazzling as any other bride, and it was hard to accept that even brides would have to change into nightwear at one point.

The white Le Mu Fancy Floral Gold dress with a ribbon that ties around the waist is the ideal dress for a princess-loving girl like Baby Girl, who picked this piece as her favourite from the current Le Mu collection.

Fancy Floral Gold Le Mu DressWhen we looked at the beautiful girly collection from Le Mu, which includes a number of party dresses and some very stylish capes and shorts, I was trying to steer her to something more practical than a big white dress, but in Baby Girl’s view the Fancy Floral Gold dress (£70) is extremely wearable.

She most definitely feels it works for anything from a football class in the park and a day at nursery to a birthday party or wedding, and since she picks her own clothes every morning, I know the Le Mu dress will be a wardrobe favourite.

At three, she’s not the only one in her group of friends who always wears a dress, and she appears to think a party dress like this, which comes in a gift bag, suits her everyday London life. I think many mums would buy this more as a special occasion dress, but sometimes I wish I had Baby Girl’s fashion sense.

The big skirt with net overlay and beautiful white flowers looks truly gorgeous and seems to make her incredibly happy, so although it makes a stunning special occasion dress, it would be a shame to only wear dresses like these for special events.

It’s clear that the luxurious Le Mu dress makes Baby Girl feel good about herself, and since it’s sleeveless it is easy to dress down slightly with a cardigan.

I want my three-year-old to live her dream of being a princess while she’s still little, and this elegant dress meets all her fashion requirements. Big and beautiful!
