Review: Nununu for a relaxed and cool spring look

When shopping for my three year old I’m often on the hunt for one particular item–joggers. I regularly opt for plain colours that go with everything, such as grey, but this spring he’s been boasting some bright coloured joggers that have added some much needed spark to his relaxed wardrobe.

The blue and green light numbered baggy pants-and a matching t-shirt-were gifted by Nununu, which I’ve collaborated with for several years. While previous collections have featured mainly black, grey, white and dusty pink pieces, the spring/summer 2019 collection sees the brand including items with blue and green and red and pink prints.

In our experience, the splash of colour has resulted in more people noticing the cool clothes on Big Boy. I’ve had several friends ask where his joggers are from, and it’s easy to spot that they don’t only look on trend, but that they appear comfortable to wear and easy to run around in for a three-year-old.

For active young children, I think the fact that the clothes are soft and comfortable to wear make them stand out. The star print t-shirt, which has looked great paired with the numbered joggers or a denim shorts, is 100% cotton and also feels particularly soft.

This is laid-back and relaxed fashion with an urban feel, highlighted by details such as torn edges on the sleeves of the t-shirt. Staying cool and comfortable for summer!
