0Review: Room to Grow bedding for adding a touch of colour and fun
When I opened a parcel with children’s bedding the other week, I ended up with two kids on the floor pulling out duvet covers and pillowcases from the plastic wrapping. They wanted them ASAP, thinking they were perfectly good for playing with on the living room floor.
It’s not the usual reaction I get when we get new bed linen, but when I picked these ones to review I knew they would fit with their interests. Four-year-old Big Girl loves sugary colours and all things cute, and the Room to Grow bedding with a unicorn print on one side and rainbows on the other side was spot on for her.
Baby Boy, now a toddler learning his animal sounds, currently sleeps in Big Girl’s room and was thrilled to see a safari-themed duvet cover and pillowcase in the box. He instantly started making monkey noises and pointing to all the jungle animals on the cover.
The Room to Grow bedding range includes a range of colourful single duvet sets, and in addition to safari animals and unicorns there are ponies, ballerinas, construction vehicles, pirates, BMX stars and more in the new collection available online now.
The bedding is made of 50% cotton and 50% polyester. It’s not a super soft material, but it feels like it will withstand wear and tear. The colours and prints make them a winner with the kids, and it’s good if the fabric is durable, as I know they will want to have these on their beds as frequently as possible.
In my view, the Room to Grow Rainbows and Unicorn Single Duvet Set (£24.99) is right on trend with what we keep seeing coming out of girls-themed accessories at the moment, and I think the Room to Grow Sleepy Safari Single Duvet Set (£24.99) is a good choice for a unisex duvet set with at theme that continues to be a winner with young children.
Fun and colourful choices for adding a spark to children’s fantasy bedrooms!
Room to Grow also has a range of quilted throws (£39 each) to match their bed linen
