Matching mummy-daughter style with Seraphina for summer travels and beyond
The other day I spotted a London mum looking chic and summery in a floaty blue print tunic and jeans, and it reminded me of our holiday on the beach the other week.
The top the other mum was wearing was the same as the one I’d wore as a beach cover up on holiday the week before and it was matching Big Girl’s new beach top too.
We had received the matching mummy-daughter tops from stylish beachwear brand Seraphina London to review, and Big Girl was as usual all smiles when she realised we would be wearing the same on the beach.
I always try to cover up on the beach since I burn easily, and the Seraphina blue V-neck Leela Blouse (£80) is in a very lightweight cotton fabric, making it easy to wear even in hot weather. The blouse features pin tuck details at the front and 3/4 length sleeves, and I like the flattering fit, which I found ideal for wearing over swimwear when playing with the kids on the beach.
The cute Little Talli Blouse for girls (£35) is also spot on for Big Girl since it features three bright pink pom poms at the front, making it impossible not to love for fashion-conscious little ones.
Both tops can easily be worn over a bikini, or paired with jeans or shorts back in London.
