0Keeping kids cool at night in Seraphina summer nightwear
This summer I’ve spent a number of evenings trying to get the temperature right in the kids bedrooms. After trying out a variety of different options I felt I managed to find something that worked, and Baby Boy slept a good 13.5 hours straight on the penultimate day of our holiday abroad.
On that day–and many other warm summer days–Baby Boy and Big Girl wore Seraphina pyjama sets they received to review. The Seraphina nightwear have become holiday favourites, and the lightweight cotton pyjama sets have helped avoid them getting too hot at night and waking up.
The pyjama sets from London-based Seraphina come in cotton also used for lightweight beachwear, making them great for warm summer nights.
In fact, I think they look comfortable to sleep in at this time of year since the material is extremely light, and they look like kids clothes that could be in a cool hotel boutique somewhere in the Maldives or the Caribbean.
Although we’ve been a bit closer to home this summer, I think the short-sleeved pyjama set for boys (£34) and the little pyjama set with a bow for girls (£35) have been great choices for warm nights.
I like the sweet prints, and my favourite is the elephant print on the boys pyjama, which has a collar and shirt pocket. The girly pyjama with a short-sleeved top with butterfly print and 3/4 length pyjama trousers with a different print is even more versatile though, as Big Girl has even worn her lovely set by the pool during the day.
