0Sharky and George keeps energy levels up at London kids birthday parties
There’s a reason why Baby Girl has walked out of the Temperley London shop in Notting Hill with a big smile, clenching a handful of sweeties on two occasions in the past few months.
It’s simply been the best way to get us out of there.
We’ve been to Temperley mummy shopping events, and with entertainment from Sharky and George it’s been so much fun for her and practically impossible to leave in peace.
She’s been busy making tiaras, decorating cookies, hunting for chocolates in treasure hunts and playing party games with the very likeable entertainers from Sharky and George. The entertainers, easily recognisable in navy Sharky and George t-shirts, stand out because they come across as cool twenty-somethings who understand children, make them laugh and have fun.
We’ve been to five events where I’ve met someone from London-based Sharky and George, and I’ve come to think of them as a premium birthday entertainment business with a seriously creative founder. That’s why I also spoke to George from Sharky and George when we were planning Baby Girl’s party, and I wasn’t surprised to hear the popular entertainers were fully booked.
For newcomers to London’s children’s birthday party scene, it’s worth knowing that Sharky and George, which can set you back £320 + VAT for a two-hour classic party with lots of really active games, is the go-to company for parents looking to organise a lively birthday party, particularly for children aged 4 and over.
Not all parents want to be the super enthusiastic mum and dad leading a tug-of-war with a room full of children at the same time as playing hosts. And that’s when Sharky and George can come to the rescue.
