Taking baby on a spa weekend
Over Easter we taught Baby Girl all about being good with money. She learnt how to make the most of a good deal. That’s how she ended up in the Hay Barn spa at Daylesford Organic in the Cotswolds on two consecutive days.
She got to tour the new relaxation room at the spa – which I think she loved almost as much as I did – and Daddy T and I took turns having a massage. As we were staying at The Kingham Plough we had a 10% discount at the Hay Barn, which is our absolute favourite day spa in the UK.
This time we needed to go more than ever. It wasn’t all about teaching Baby Girl a lesson in saving £6.50 an hour. It was also about having a relaxing time in the countryside and treating our backs to some much-needed TLC. A real win-win for the entire family.
