The importance of a good dad
Daddy T has suggested he should start settling Baby Girl in the evenings instead of me. I tried on Saturday and it took me an hour. He tried yesterday and it took him five minutes. He’s now nicknamed himself ‘The Baby Whisperer’.
He’s extremely pleased with his newfound skills. He’s an expert ‘swaddeler’, and he knows how to turn on the lullabies on the baby monitor. He’s clearly a strong pack leader. I don’t think he really understands how I cope without ‘The Baby Whisperer’ when he’s at work.
But he forgets that his two girls are pretty passionate about going out. Baby Girl loves her pram. I love our lunches. Nothing will stop us filling the changing bag with old lunch receipts – with or without our in-house Baby Whisperer.
