5 times the kids have surprised me
1. When 16-month-old Baby Boy decided to get up at 8.45am after we turned the clock back last week. I thought we were going to get up at the crack of dawn!
2. When Baby Boy got up at 4.40am this morning, and I thought he was into sleeping until 8.45am on weekends.
3. When Big Girl suggested I might get a Christmas present for her if her giraffe towel was happy to share the present she had made for him. But it later emerged the towel wanted the present to himself.
4. When Big Girl had been shopping with Grandpa P and came home with a pair of very glam and luxurious boots. Think pink and big gold branding.
5. When Baby Boy had four portions of a spicy sausage hot pot with bulgur wheat from Hello Fresh. An unexpected toddler favourite!
