0When toddler starts making holiday plans
– I thought children wanted to go on camping holidays, but our one just wants to go on a holiday in a space rocket
I had just put Baby Girl to bed and was a little bit puzzled. She had decided she didn’t want to go to bed, and she’d insisted: ‘mummy, daddy, me, go holiday in space rocket’ again and again.
I’d always heard from other parents to expect to have to take Baby Girl on a camping holiday. Apparently that’s the type of thing children can get obsessed with if everyone else is going camping.
