When toddler starts sharing with mummy
Baby Girl: ‘I want two’
Me: ‘Can we perhaps share one of those two?’
Baby Girl: ‘No’
Me: ‘Ok, I’ll just have this tiny sandwich for breakfast then’
A few minutes pass while I text Daddy T a picture of what Baby Girl has left for me on our breakfast table (see picture above).
Me: ‘It doesn’t look like you’re going to finish both your sandwiches though.’
Baby Girl: ‘Oh. You didn’t get any? You can have that one then’
My heart melts.
Wow. I get to eat some of the breakfast after all. This is new.
I love you, Baby Girl!
