     She loved it! I didn’t pack the flour tortillas too full, but she had two of them filled with a bit of minced meat, sweetcorn, tiny pieces of cucumber and red pepper and pineapple, grated cheese and soured cream. I used the spice mix from an Old el Paso taco dinner kit for the minced meat, and I think she liked the taste of it as well as I did.
