0Visiting Bocketts Farm Park
When we arrived at Bocketts Farm Park in Surrey at 10.08 yesterday – 8 minutes after the park opened – the car park was quickly filling up and we started worrying we should have arrived even earlier. We were not the only family with a buggy and big changing bag ready to go for a walk around the lovely farm, see all the animals and explore the fun play areas!
Bocketts Farm Park, which was recommended to us by Vicki (mum of two) from private antenatal course company New Baby Company, is home to many friendly farm animals, including rabbits, pigs, guinea pigs, sheep, geese, ducks, goats, horses and donkeys. Families can buy animal food for 90p and walk around the large farm area feeding the animals–something 19-month old Baby Girl seemed to find extremely exciting!
In between feeding all her new furry friends, she tested the big jumping pillow for toddlers and the large sandpit, which it was difficult to drag her away from.
We didn’t try the large indoor play area this time, as we wanted to take the opportunity to be outside in the nice weather, but it only took us around 40 minutes to drive to Bocketts Farm and we liked it so much I’m sure we’ll be back soon. Brilliant attraction for families with young children!
Entry to Bocketts Farm is £9.20 for adults, £9.80 for children aged 3-17, £8 for children aged 2 and free for under 2s.
