Baby’s favourite weekly organic fruit box

fruit_box_abel_and_cole_london_fruit_bowlThe other week I had to Google a fruit. I had something that looked like a tomato in my fruit bowl, and was worried I had received the wrong box from Abel & Cole. But the ‘tomato’ turned out to be a perfect fit for the fruit bowl. It turned out to be a ‘Sharon fruit’, and after reading about it I realised sharon fruits are apparently very hot at the moment.

I’m glad I have Abel & Cole to ensure my fruit bowl is in fashion. But that’s still not the main reason for why I like my weekly boxes. I’ve had a weekly delivery from Abel & Cole for years, and I feel it’s even more important than ever before to receive seasonal and organic produce now that I have a toddler in the house.

By receiving the weekly box, I manage to ensure Baby Girl regularly tastes different fruits – some like the Sharon fruit which I normally wouldn’t  buy. In addition, I like the fact that I know we always have fresh fruit she can have as a snack or for dessert.

The Abel & Cole box was also ideal when she was eating purees. In that period, I ordered the Baby & Toddler box with both fruit and vegetables delivered every week. I used to puree all the vegetables in the box, added cheese, potatoes and cream and that was it. Dinner was served.
