Register for Little London party at Hamleys
Little London magazine is hosting a free reader event at Hamleys in Regent Street on Sunday 15 May from 10am to 12pm before the store opens to the public. At the event, there will be a variety of activities, such as face painting with celebrity artist Annie Newman, puppet shows, treasure hunts and balloon modelling, and guests will leave with a goody bag. When Hamleys opens to the public, there will also be an hour to shop in-store and receive a 10% discount on purchases (excluding concession stands). The event, which is aimed at families with children up to 12, is free to attend but registration is essential.

Visit a local fire station for a London Fire Brigade Open Day with Playmobil
London Fire Brigade is celebrating their 150th anniversary with a range of open days at fire stations across London. At the open days, organised in association with Playmobil, little ones can meet real firefighters and life-sized Playmobil ones, as well as explore a fire engine and enjoy toys and activities. In April, there are open days at Soho fire station on 9 and 10 April, Richmond fire station on 16 April, Fulham fire station on 23 April and Tottenham Fire Station on 30 April. The open days are free to attend and no registration is needed.
