0When baby decides not to eat at nursery
When I visited nurseries before the summer, I was obsessed with menus. I wanted to see nutritious and home-cooked meals with quality ingredients. My biggest issue with most of the nurseries I visited was that they served dessert to little ones. Cheesecake and brownies was not what I was after.
But after Baby Girl’s first week, I’m not sure why I paid so much attention to menu choices. It turns out she’s more concerned with everything happening around the table than the actual food. Meat from a top butcher doesn’t seem to make much of a difference to her.
I’ve now become worried she won’t eat enough when she’s at nursery, so I’ve decided to bring in some pouches of Ella’s Banana Brekkie, something I know she likes as a snack and can eat quite quickly. I’ve told her nursery teacher that she can try offering Baby Girl this after the meal if she doesn’t eat much of her lunch to ensure she will have eaten something. Anything to please Baby Girl.
